The Building Understanding of Movement in Pregnancy Act” or “The BUMP Act” is bipartisan legislation aimed at making sure North Carolina families will receive clear, consistent information on warning signs and fetal movement, while also improving provider response and prioritizing communities facing the greatest risks and disparities. The BUMP Act will also bring Count the Kicks education to North Carolina families.
