The Changemakers Luncheon, presented by MercyOne, is our largest fundraiser of the year and one of the most sought-after spring events in Central Iowa. It is an uplifting and inspirational opportunity to celebrate babies saved while raising awareness and funds to support the mission of Healthy Birth Day, Inc., the nonprofit that created the Count the Kicks stillbirth prevention program.
Every Spring more than 1,000 Changemakers from across the country gather to celebrate the impact of our mission while helping to propel forward our work to improve birth outcomes for tens of thousands of moms and babies around the county. This event, and the support of Changemakers like you, accelerates progress on stillbirth prevention. There is no doubt that your generosity is WORKING.
10:45 a.m. – Doors Open- Arrive early for networking, the Josephs Jewelers Gold Box Giveaway, bidding on mobile auction packages, and taking your turn in the the Coachlight Clinic & Spa Selfie Station. We will also have sparking wine available for purchase.
11:30 a.m.- Welcome & Lunch- Mobile auction bidding will end at 11:55 a.m.
12-1 p.m.- Program

The Josephs Jewelers Gold Box Giveaway is back by popular demand for the third year in a row! We are grateful to Josephs Jewelers for putting the “fun” in fundraiser by hosting the Gold Box Giveaway on April 22, 2025. Starting at 10:45 a.m. when the doors open at the Iowa Events Center, guests can purchase one of 100 gold boxes ($100 each). One of those gold boxes will contain a beautiful new piece of jewelry worth more than $1,000.
