The Changemakers event is our largest fundraiser of the year. All proceeds support our work to improve birth outcomes for moms and babies through the evidence-based Count the Kicks stillbirth prevention program. Changemakers is one of the most sought-after Spring events in Iowa, attracting women and men from households and businesses throughout the state, plus hundreds of virtual attendees from around the country. This impactful, uplifting and inspirational 90-minute event exists to make stillbirth a maternal health tragedy of the past and supports our work to reach the communities most at risk of experiencing stillbirth.

The 12th Annual Changemakers Event, presented by University of Iowa Health Care, was an incredible success! Our hearts are full as we reflect on the amazing turnout, the infectious excitement, and the generosity expressed by attendees. With your support, this year’s event raised nearly $300,000 to advance our mission to prevent stillbirths through the Count the Kicks program.
